Catch the Moment 365 - Days 64 through 70

FINALLY, guys!

This week was warm.

Outside of being warm, this week was odd.  There were several days in the 50's and 60's - and even one day in the 70's!  But then before and after that, there were days where it snowed.  This weather is so crazy.

No matter, though, because we were outside as much as we possibly could be this week!

64/365 - Little Man absolutely LOVES to do puzzles.  It's been a huge winter boredom buster for us!

65/365 - While Little Lady is obsessed with this Melissa & Doug Caterpillar Gear Toy.  She hasn't quite figured out the color matching just yet, but Little Man is quick to help when the colors aren't exactly matching!

66/365 - I cannot wait until our yard is nice and green again.  I will say, though, that the addition of the fence last year has proved to be the best thing we've done to our home so far.  It is unbelievably wonderful to be able to walk inside the house for more chalk or a wipe for someone/something and not be afraid one of my kids will be tossing themselves into the pond outside our house when I come out!

67/365 - This girl loves to be worn so ridiculously much.  Most times when I grab a carrier, Little Lady crawls over to my feet and sits down to wait for me to pick her up.  She also happily bounces up and down on my back whenever she wants me to bounce or walk a little faster.

68/365 - While we were out on one of many walks this week, I caught a really cool picture of a tree nearby.  I don't know why I like this photo so much, but I think it might be the texture?

69/365 - The only thing I don't love about Baby Led Weaning?  The mess when we actually do feed purees.

70/365 - And Little Man has been obsessed with using his construction trucks to scoop, haul, lift, and move our tot school pom poms this week.  We actually used them for some tot school play last week, and they've stayed out on the counter where he can reach them with his trucks but Little Lady can't get to them to eat since we initially played.

  4. Your little people are so cute! Treasure these years, they'll be gone in a blink.

Your fence was a wise investment. We loved our fence and being able to let the kids outside without too many worries they would be somewhere they shouldn't be.

  5. Great pics! I can't imagine 70! We're happy with 40 right now. I remember those messy feedings all too well! In fact, our granddaughter is at that stage now!

  6. Our temps were very similar last week. Sadly we are getting another snow storm tonight. Gah! I'm so over winter. I will have to agree the only thing I do not like about BLW is that it is SOOOOo messy!!! Not a day goes by when I don't have to sweep and mop my kitchen floor. Oh well, it's worth it. :) I too love the tree shot. Great job this week.
