OshKosh B'gosh Review!

*Disclosure - I participated in an Influencer Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for OshKosh B'gosh.  I received a gift card to facilitate my shopping trip and to thank me for participating.  All opinions are my own!

I love OshKosh B'gosh, no lie.  Ever since I was a little kid, my mom would dress my sister and I in matching OshKosh outfits - and I, in turn, always envisioned dressing my kids in matching/coordinating outfits just like we were dressed.

Like this.  I'm the toothless one on the left, lol.
Most of you know that I do a good portion of my shopping at resale and gently used clothing stores for savings and earth-friendly reasons, and I'm always happy to see an OshKosh item available for purchase used.  Almost always, those items stand the test of time better than some of their equally priced counterparts.  I have several OshKosh outfits for Little Lady that are now {in her possession} on their third owner and still look just as fresh as when they were initially worn.

I will say, though - it's typically difficult to find some of the basics the kids {Little Man, age 2 and 3/4, and Little Lady, age 10 months} need in consignment and resale shops.  That means for things like undershirts, underwear, socks, and jeans - I typically have to head into a regular retail store.

When I heard of the opportunity to head into OshKosh and shop for my two little ones - I jumped on it!  I will say though, that to make my shopping trip a bit more organized - I planned BEFORE I went to the store.  Since I had both babes in tow while shopping, I wrote out a list of all the things we needed for the kids {including mainly jeans for both children, undershirts and undies for Little Man, fleece jackets to wear in their car seats over the winter, etc.}.  By having my exact list and scouting the website prior to entering the store - I knew just what I needed and how many things I could purchase for the amount I wanted to and had to spend.

Here's my stash:

So, for a total of $130 {which included the gift card I was provided, a small amount of my own cash, and a 25% off code that you can use as well!}, I was able to purchase the following:

Little Man:

- 3 pairs of jeans
- One pull over fleece jacket
- Two 2-packs of undershirts
- One 6-pack of undies
- One reindeer mask he just had to have.  {and a side note, apparently according to Little Man when asked what the reindeer says - he replied JINGLE!  Lol.}

Little Lady:

- 3 pairs of jeggings {because real jeans don't fit over her fluffy cloth-diapered bum and amazingly awesome baby legs}
- One pull over fleece jacket
- One top and bottom pajama set
- One short sleeved summer dress/tunic
- One sleeveless dress/tunic
- One pair purple cropped pants

If you're counting the number of items {with the undies counted as one}, that's an average of $7 per item, which I find to be a fantastic bargain for new, high-quality kids clothing.  And, because of what I spent, I earned two $10 off a $10 or more purchase coupons - which means I'll be back soon!

The kids will be coordinating in their jeans and fleece tops this winter!
The best part of all this?  Our Osh Kosh actually had a kids section in part of the store, which was fantastic!  Since we were the only ones in the store other than the employees {as we visited right before dinner time due to naps that day}, Little Man was able to complete puzzles at a kid-sized table in my view while I picked out items for both of the kids.  It was a really nice change from having to keep one hand on my toddler while at the same time wearing a baby on my back AND trying to attempt to sift through clothing racks all at once.

If you haven't checked out OshKosh lately, it is definitely worth your trip - and while you're there grab this coupon to use!
