Each month, we'll be posting a BlogHer Blog Hop Link Up. We'll post a set of questions each month and then host a themed blog hop link up on the second Friday of every month. That way, we can get to know a few of our fellow bloggers a bit more before we all invade Chicago with our lovely selves. Some of our upcoming themes include the Freaking Out About Fashion edition, the Shackin' It Up Roomie edition, and the Just Get Me There travel edition. Since this is the first link up, we're posting some simple get-to-know-you kind of questions!
After I answer the questions below, you'll see a spot where you can add your link in and link-up to the Blog Hop so that we can all meet some new faces going to BlogHer! Can't wait to get to know you all!
Here are my answers!!!
What do you blog about? Parenting, motherhood, organization, breastfeeding, babywearing, cloth diapering, fashion, beauty, natural and ecofriendly living, and pretty much whatever tends to be on my mind at the moment.
Is this your first time going to Blogher? It is! I'm really, really excited to attend and so thankful I got into blogging just before the conference is in Chicago. I don't fly and wouldn't have been able to make it to somewhere that wasn't so centrally located! Well, I'm mainly excited. Partially I'm also already starting to get the sweats about figuring out just what the heck to do/not to do or to wear/not to wear while I'm at the conference!
What's your favorite post you've written in the last year? I have a few, but one of my favorite posts is little lady's birth story. It was quite a long journey to get to her birth, and I still can't even think about how thankful I am for that moment when she finally was a real, healthy baby sitting in my arms without tears welling up in my eyes.
What are you most looking forward to at Blogher13? Outside of all the amazingness the conference has to offer, to be totally honest- I'm actually sort of excited (and really, really freaking out about) the alone time. I haven't been away from little lady ever, and she'll be almost seven months old at that time. I've only been away from little man once to have little lady in the hospital, and he'll be two and a half years old. It will be nice to pee by myself without a child on my lap or in my arms for a few days!!!
Okay, now is your turn! Get to posting your answers to the same questions, and link up below! Also, here's a button for you to grab while you're at it to add into your post!
